Alan Enjoys a Barbecue

Hi everyone - so exciting, last night we had a barbecue for dinner! Mr Cox did all the cooking. He made two yummy salads and cooked some delicious steak. One for him, one for Mrs Cox and one for Jacqueline. I'm not sure what happened to mine!! The smell of the meat cooking made my mouth water so I tried to stand as close to Mr Cox as possible and put an extremely sad expression on my face. It took ages to get a result but eventually Mr Cox gave me a little piece! Mrs Cox told him off but I gave him a big grin. It tasted even better than it smelled. Then I licked the deck all around the barbecue just in case the flavour had seeped into the wood....
